General Care
1. Do not burn or significantly pre-heat the cookware. High temperatures while the cookware is dry will significantly reduce the lifespan of the non-stick coating.
2. Pre-heat the cookware on medium to low heat.
3. Use spatulas or stirring-spoons made from wood, bamboo, or silicone. Avoid using metallic utensils that can scratch the non-stick coating.
4. Do not place any sharp items that might scratch the non-stick coating within the cookwares.

1. Do not clean the non-stick surface with abrasive materials. Only “non-scratch” pads should be used, such as: washing clothes, sponges, or other soft materials.
2. Do not put hot cookwares directly into cold water, this will reduce the lifespan of the non-stick coating. Use warm water to wash a hot cookware. Avoid using exotic cleaning chemicals on the non-stick coating.
3. Where stubborn or burnt food residue is unable to be removed using normal washing methods (ie. using a soft wash cloth), add some water to the cookware, bring to a boil for five (5) minutes, and clean as normal.
